Email Service Providers: Microsoft 365 handles transactional email. MailerLite handles marketing email automation.

Website Hosting and Delivery: Cloudflare or similar hosting providers, and Payhip for digital product delivery.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not share your data for third-party marketing purposes.

We may disclose your information if required by law, to comply with legal processes, to protect our rights and property, or to prevent fraud.


5. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS

Your data is primarily stored in Canada and may be processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate.

For EU residents: Our third-party service providers (such as Stripe, Google, and Cloudflare) maintain their own GDPR-compliant data transfer mechanisms, including Standard Contractual Clauses and other safeguards required under GDPR Articles 46-49. We select service providers that demonstrate adequate data protection practices.

For Canadian residents: Cross-border transfers are conducted in compliance with PIPEDA and PIPA requirements for accountability and comparable protection.


6. DATA RETENTION

We retain your information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy or as required by law:

Purchase records: Up to 7 years (tax and legal requirements).
Account information: Until you request deletion.
Product access: Subject to download link availability as described in Terms of Service.
Marketing subscribers: Until you unsubscribe, or after 2 years of inactivity.
Website analytics: 26 months (Google Analytics default).
Support communications: Up to 3 years.

After retention periods expire, we securely delete or anonymize your data.
